Pre-Meeting:

  • Identify, pre-screen, and confirm attendance of 20–30 pre-qualified investors.
  • Provide detailed RSVP lists with contact details and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Assist with pitch preparation and material refinement.

Post-Meeting:

  • Personalized follow-up emails and introductions to attendees and no-shows.
  • Ongoing updates to a shared “Investor Tracking” spreadsheet to monitor progress.
  • Facilitate individual follow-up meetings and strategic discussions.

Investor Screening Criteria:

The ability to make quick investment decisions & meet minimum investment amounts, interest in alternative assets, private investments, and/or familiarity/affinity with the Company’s industry and/or market segments.

We screen any registrants from our 4,500+ accredited high net worth angels, private investors, family offices, investment groups, and small institutional investors, all of whom have previously attended our events. In addition, we have 18,000+ high-net-worth investors and 1,000+ COIs who are regularly invited to attend our private investor meetings.

10-STEP PROCESS

  1. Review and refine investment materials
  2. Develop a list of potential investors.
  3. Craft & send teaser invitations
  4. Vet & confirm
  5. RSVPs Address investor inquiries
  6. Triple confirm all RSVPs
  7. Host the private investor event
  8. Follow up with attendees

EXECUTION PLAN

  1. Develop tailored invitations featuring key investment criteria.
  2. Confirm RSVP lists and ensure a seamless event experience.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

We guarantee you will meet at least 20 qualified investors or investment managers through events and introductions. If this benchmark is not met, we’ll host an additional event at no cost (except logistical expenses for in-person events).

COST & SPECIFICATIONS

Net Price is $45,000, payable in advance via wire transfer, or credit card (5% fee)

  • Opus8 works on a “flat fee” basis and is not a FINRA-registered Broker-Dealer; there are no contingent fee payments or payments based on amounts of capital raised by the Client as a result of Opus8’s efforts.
  • Company is responsible for food, beverage, and catering costs for any in-person events.
  • Engagement shall commence within one business day of receipt of payment
